For those seeking an authentic Andalusian getaway, this villa is the perfect place to relax. Decorated in classic Andalusian style, it has everything necessary for a stay with kitchen on the Costa del Sol. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, with wonderful charm, is ideal for a family holiday, as it offers plenty of outdoor space and privacy to enjoy the pool and sunbathe peacefully.
The villa has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom and the second bedroom both have double beds and plenty of wardrobe space for clothes and belongings. The third bedroom has two single beds, so the villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people in bright and comfortable rooms. The fourth bedroom has been set up as a work space with a desk and chair, in case you need a place to work during your stay. This room also has a sofa bed.
There is WiFi and air conditioning throughout the villa. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. There is an oven and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The lounge and dining room are full of natural light and feature comfortable furniture. There is even a fireplace for the colder times of the year.
What really stands out about the villa is its exterior surroundings. It features spacious terraces and patios around the entire house, with numerous corners where you can sit and relax in comfort and privacy. The private pool will allow you to cool off in summer and has sun loungers for resting. The villa has a barbecue area and several sets of outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the outdoors or relaxing with a cool drink during warm summer afternoons.
There is a garage with enough space for a small car and many parking spaces on the street next to the house. This house has stairs to climb due to its elevated location. Bear in mind that you will access the property through several stairs.
If you wish to venture further during your stay, the villa is only a 15-minute drive from Torreblanca beach. The area also boasts a wide variety of local bars and restaurants. Further along the coast, it is only a 20-minute drive from the lively Spanish port city of Fuengirola, with its shops, bars and nightlife. Torreblanca train station is less than 5 km away and will take you to Fuengirola or the cultural gem that is the city of Málaga.

La tranquilidad,la piscina,la limpieza,tiene todo lo que necesites y más.
El parking un poco pequeño si tienes un coche muy grande como es mi caso,pero a 100 m hay una parada de bus que pasa cada pocos minutos.
