The place was disgusting & stank of raw sewage due to the sewage vent being in the bathroom instead of venting outside.
The damp & the leaking roof dripping onto the bed was just lovely. I had to sleep on the couch my entire stay.
This place is not up to code & should never be rented to anyone.

Nicely presented, Christmas wreath on the door and Christmas tree outside in the landing.
There was no hot water in the sink. Had to boil the kettle to wash dishes with warm water as oily pans don't wash well with cold water.
The heater supplied in the room is a standalone heater which is weak for the size of the room, so wasn't the cosiest as it was during Xmas eve with cold temperatures outside.
Could have a Netflix for the property to use for guests
