In the heart of Fondón, in Almería's Alpujarra region, La Casa de la Buhardilla sleeps up to 12, ideal for families and friends seeking nature, comfort and space to spend time together.
The house has three floors.
Upstairs, the Buhardilla is a cosy room with sofas and access to the private terrace, perfect for relaxing at sunset, enjoying mountain views or a barbecue. The main floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers.
The ground floor has a living/dining room with a table for 12, a traditional fireplace adapted for cooking with a grill and griddle, table football and a seating area.
The kitchen includes electric and wood-fired ovens, a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, extra drinks fridge, Nespresso machine and ample kitchenware.
A third full bathroom is accessible to guests with reduced mobility. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote working, a Smart TV with streaming services, electric radiators, a fan, washing machine, books and children's toys.
A travel cot and extra bed are available on request. The house is in the village, with supermarkets, a pharmacy, bars and other services just steps away.
The area offers hiking trails, wine tourism, charming villages and a wide range of cultural and natural attractions. One pet is welcome for an additional fee (it must stay on the ground floor and is not allowed in the bedrooms). Smoking is not permitted.
