Great stay , very cosy but did have to ask the owner in the coffee shop how to find as it was dark . Other than that all good .

Very nice place. Good for a night weekend away to Rutland. Ten mins from the water and amazing pub called the fox for Sunday lunch.

This was a good base for birdwatching on Rutland Water. The accommodation did the job and it was very handy to have the fridge and microwave as well as the restaurant and fuel station shop next door.
