Welcome to DOLCE VITA STUDIO, a pretty studio apartment with balcony. It is ideally located in the heart of Nice, on the main avenue, Jean Médecin. You'll be at the heart of Nice's city life. Ideal for getting to Place Massena and the Promenade des Anglais.
The main room comprises a dining area, sofa bed, open-plan kitchen opening onto the balcony. A shower room with toilet.
The flat is on the 3rd floor and accessible by lift.
Please note that the lift is a half-landing lift. You have to walk down a few steps to reach the flat.
Note: We offer two flats in the same building. For a group stay, please check the availability of DOLCE VITA STUDIO and DOLCE VITA MASTER for a total capacity of 6 people.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. The start and stop dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
The living room includes a portable air conditioner.
