Welcome to DOLCE VITA STUDIO, a charming studio apartment with a balcony.
It boasts a dream location right in the heart of Nice, on the main avenue, Jean Médecin.
You'll be at the center of Nice's vibrant city life, ideal for accessing Place Massena and the Promenade des Anglais. The main living area consists of a dining space, a sofa bed, and an open-plan kitchen, all opening onto the balcony.
There is a shower room with a toilet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator. Please note that the elevator is a half-landing elevator.
You will need to walk a few steps to access the apartment. Note: We offer two apartments in the same building.
