The house features a large terrace with mountain views, perfect for dining in the shade of two large umbrellas.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet.
Upstairs, three bedrooms comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 3 children (80 cm beds).
The house is well heated and insulated, providing a pleasant setting all year round.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, an HD TV with Chromecast, fans, a washing machine and dryer, as well as books and toys for children.
A high chair, bathtub, and two baby cots are available on request.
Several parking spaces and a closed garage are provided.
For sports enthusiasts, numerous hiking and cycling trails start directly from the house.
The Guzet ski and leisure resort is a 25-minute drive away.
You can also enjoy swimming, rafting, climbing, paragliding, caving, via ferrata, and golf nearby.
On the large enclosed grounds, you can play pétanque and badminton, and a free tennis court is nearby with four new rackets available.
Dogs are welcome (as well as horses).
