Cassius 1 - Richmond House is a single-storey property that consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with Smart TV and en-suite shower room and a super-king-size with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture and barbecue, a raised-level patio area with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 0.4 miles, a lake and please note that this is a non-smoking property. From start to finish this was a top rate stay. Otto quickly answered our questions and the house was clean and beautifully presented, including a Christmas tree and other festive decorations, which we loved . The underfloor heating was great after a day out and about too! Would definitely recommend...

Excellent property in an ideal location. Stayed in many rental properties over the years, this one has to be one of if not the highest quality/finished we have stayed in. Fixtures and fittings, attention to detail can not be faulted. Would highly recommend staying here.

The house was beautiful and furnished to an exceptional very high standard and it was immaculate.
Great location and we were able to walk in Bowness.
The housekeeping team and Otto were very helpful when my husband was poorly.
Thank you all we thoroughly enjoyed our week, and we are looking to book again next year.
We highly recommend this place.
