The 'Seeblick' holiday home is a cozy A-frame house in Immenstaad, offering 53 sqm of space, a view of Lake Constance, and a parking spot right in front.
The two-story accommodation features a dining area with cupboard, dishes, cutlery, and glasses, a living room with sofa, satellite TV, and radio, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, and toaster.
A dishwasher and a fridge with a small freezer compartment are also available.
The bathroom includes a toilet, window, large shower tray, and hairdryer.
Two separate bedrooms upstairs provide space for 4 guests.
Please note that the bedrooms are accessible via a steep staircase.
Pillows and duvets are provided.
Guests must bring their own bed linen, towels, and dish towels.
A baby bed is available, but bedding must be brought along.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, smoke detectors, children's books and toys, and a high chair.
The house offers a private garden, open terrace, garden furniture, sunshade, and a charcoal grill, which guests are required to clean themselves.
Pets, smoking, and parties are not permitted.
Lake Constance is a 10-minute walk away, where you will find a beach and indoor pool (Aquastaad).

Schnuckeliges Örtchen....
Uns fehlte ein Backofen, um Brötchen fürs Frühstück oder mal ne Pizza zu machen.... 😄
Aber das ist Luxus-Gejammer....

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut und man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten im Zentrum.
Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist gut ausgestattet.
Der Kontakt im Zusammenhang mit dem Haus war sehr freundlich.
