Nestled in the hills west of Lucca, about 90 meters above sea level and 10 km (20 minutes) from Lucca’s walls, the holiday home “La Capanna di Arturo Ground Floor” offers you beautiful views of the Pisan mountains, beyond which lie Pisa and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
The farmhouse is part of a courtyard surrounded by olive trees, dating back to the 1700s, finely restored and furnished in "Country Chic" style.
It consists of two units, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, each with its own private entrance.
The ground floor, accessible without stairs, features a spacious living room (approx. 30 sqm), a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests.
An extra single bed can be provided in the living room on request.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, books and toys for children, crib, and high chair.
You will enjoy a private outdoor area with a garden and barbecue facilities.
There is also a shared outdoor space with the first-floor unit, where you can relax in the quiet surroundings, use sun loungers, deck chairs, and access a small gym with fitness equipment.
The property is ideally located: Pisa (30 min), the sea (30 min), Florence (50 min), Pistoia (30 min), and Livorno (40 min) are all within easy reach.
