Die Wohnung war sauber. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten war die gesamte Ausstattung mängelfrei.
Wohnung besteht aus nur einem Zimmer (+ Bad), was sich nachts nur sehr unvollständig abdunkeln lässt.
Insbesondere im Sommer mit kurzen Nächten kann dies zum Problem werden.
Bergblick hat die Wohnung nicht.
Kaution gab es leider erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen zurück.
Neues, modernes Haus in ruhiger Lage.

Die hochwertige Ausstattung des Mobiliars hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Bei der Reinigung gibt es noch 'Luft nach oben', damit es gepflegt bleibt. Aggressive Mittel sollten nicht benutzt werden.
Das Haus lag auf einer Anhöhe, was vorher für uns nicht erkennbar war. Mit Fahrrädern musste man stetig bergauf fahren. War sehr anstrengend bei über 30 Grad.
Bei 45 m² gibt es keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Koffer und Taschen.
Wunderschöne, saubere und ruhig gelegene Wohnung.
