This beautiful holiday home on the island of Öland in southern Sweden is just a stone's throw from the sea. The house was completely renovated in winter 2009/2010 and is now a modern holiday home with a high standard. It sleeps up to ten people and is therefore also suitable for two families who want to holiday together.

The beach villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and a wood-burning stove. Adjacent to the kitchen is a conservatory with sea views. Next to the kitchen is a bedroom with three beds. On the ground floor there is also a living room with a sofa bed and a dining room with large west-facing windows overlooking the sea. There is also a fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating.

On the upper floor you will find a living room with three large windows, through which you have a fantastic view over the sea. There are also two further bedrooms here, one of which has a double bed. Next to the bedrooms is the bathroom, equipped with a shower and a small sauna. On the upper floor there is also a balcony from which you can enjoy the fabulous view and unforgettable, beautiful sunsets.

The beach villa is ideal for those of you who are looking for peace and quiet and appreciate the exclusive location with proximity to the sea and beautiful nature.
