Terraced house in the Sierra Calderona 300 meters from the center, bars and grocery store. Parking on the street very easy, very quiet and safe area. Very nice village. At 10 minutes from Sagunto and Puerto de Sagunto, 15 minutes from the beach of Canet de Berenguer and 20 minutes from Valencia. Very well connected by highway A23-A7-E90. Inner courtyard (bicycles can be stored). 3 bedrooms + attic double bed with terrace solarium, views of Sierra Calderona, 2 bathrooms (one in master bedroom with whirlpool) another in the bedroom area. Toilet in the living room. Complete linen included, sheets, blankets, comforters, towels, etc.. Kitchen area with all utensils and appliances. TV, Disney channel, Orange TV, WIFI, laptop, radioCD. Supermarket (Consum) at 2.3 kms. Private covered parking in the building (for a fee), private access, one car or up to 4 motorcycles with direct access to the house. Municipal swimming pool at 500 meters (only in summer).
