Holiday Home Directly on Lake Åsnen
On its own peninsula directly on the shore of the large Lake Åsnen in Småland, this beautiful holiday home seeks to capture your interest.
The former forester's house, built in 1948, is located on a lakefront property with its own jetty.
The ground floor features a kitchen with a dining area and lake view.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, and other kitchen appliances. The living/dining room has a dining table for 8 people, a fireplace, and a terrace door leading to a large terrace with lake views.
The living room includes a TV (German/Swedish cable) and a seating area.
There is also a hallway, a modern bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and one bedroom (double room) with a junior bed, a 90x90 cm bed (divisible). Upstairs, there is a walk-through room with a crib and three bedrooms with double beds (divisible beds). One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a lake view.
All bedrooms have walk-in closets.
A new (2020) modern bathroom features a toilet, shower, and sink. The lake villa offers Wi-Fi in all rooms and is bright with large windows overlooking Lake Åsnen. In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and facilities for ironing and hanging clothes. The holiday home is situated alone on its own peninsula in Lake Åsnen.
At the boat landing, guests have access to two plastic boats with outboard motors (petrol) and a canoe.
No fishing license is required for the lake as the fishing waters are private (owned by the landlord). Fishing is included in the rental. You will stay here in a secluded location, surrounded by deciduous forests.
The garden includes a lawn area, flowerbeds, a flagpole, a shed, and a carport. Das Ferienhaus war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand – sehr sauber, top ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war wunderschön und wir konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.
