Große Wohnung, alles vorhanden , aber.....

Die Wohnung ist groß, hell mit zwei großen Terrassen und voller Ausstattung. Man kann sich hier gut verpflegen, findet in der Nähe gut und günstige Lokale und den Hauptmarkt Mercado Municipal erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss. Parkfläche war am unten liegendem Baumarkt ausreichend verfügbar. Man kann hier eine gute Zeit haben...aber....
..die Wohnung ist nur über eine schmale Eingangstür von einer belebten Strasse aus dann über eine sehr enge Treppe in den 2. Stock des Hauses zu erreichen. Zusätzlich sind Wohnraum und Bad/Schlafzimmer nur über drei innenliegende Stufen zu erreichen. Man muss also gut zu Fuss sein, für diese Wohnung...
