Short Characteristics
The holiday flat "Ambiente an der Elbe" is situated next to the river Elbe and the Elbe cycle route, in the district Mickten. You can enjoy a view on the river Elbe and the Frauenkriche (Church of our Lady). The city centre is accessible within 10 minutes if you use the public transportation system. The grassland of the Elbe is perfect for long walks. The surrounding area offers several recommendable restaurants and beer gardens. The Elbcenter is only 5 minutes away and offers various shopping possibilities, a bank and a post office. There is also the bus stop for public transportation. The flats offer an amazing view on the river Elbe. The house has a nice garden with seating-accommodations. There are also parking possibilities available. On demand it is possible to rent bicycles (free of charge). If you bring your own bicycles we will provide you with a possibility where your bicycles can be left. Furthermore, the flats have a free WLAN access. (The landlord is a small business man according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.)
Cancellation / payment conditions
Transfer of the full amount at least 3 weeks before arrival! The following cancellation expenses apply: In the event of withdrawal within 2 months prior to the beginning of rental: 20 % of the rental prince. In the event of withdrawal within 1 month prior to the beginning of rental: 50 % of the rental price. In the event of withdrawal within 14 days prior to the beginning of rental: 80 % of the rental price.

* from the motorway: From motorway A4 take exit Dresden-Neustadt. Drive straight ahead for 2 km towards Stadtmitte/Pieschen (Lommatscher Straße). Turn right into Leipziger Straße (towards city centre). Turn right after 250 m (after Burger King, in front of Ballhaus Watzke) into Kötzschenbroder Straße. You will reach the house with the number 18 after another 200 m. * from Dresden main station by public transport: Take tram 4 (towards Weinböhla) or 9 (towards Kaditz) and get off at Altpieschen. Walk along Leipziger Straße to Ballhaus Watzke. Turn into Kötzschenbroder Straße. You will reach the house with the number 18 after another 200 m.

Description of the accommodation
Comfortably furnished, spacious apartment for 1 to max. 4 people (72 m2) on the upper floor of the holiday home. The apartment with a balcony to the garden consists of a living room with seating, dining area and satellite TV, two bedrooms (1 x with double bed, 1 x with single bed), a kitchen with fully equipped built-in line, microwave and dishwasher and a bathroom with shower / tub and toilet. There is the possibility of an extra bed! The city center with the famous sights of Dresden can be reached by bike in just under 10 minutes via the Elbe Cycle Path. The nearest tram stop is approximately 150 m from the house. The journey time to the city center is also about 10 minutes. There are several good restaurants with a beer garden in the immediate vicinity. A special feature is the famous "Balletto and Brauhaus Watzke" directly on the Elbe with its "Canaletto view" of the old town. As a concert hall with a restaurant and beer garden, this contributes to the cultural diversity of the urban area. All things of daily use are available within walking distance (bakeries, various discounters, pharmacies, etc.). The shopping center at the street station Mickten and the Elbe center offer you ideal shopping opportunities. There is a small garden behind our house for our guests. There are also 2 car parking spaces and a garden shed for your bicycles. The in-house bikes that are also located there can be used by our guests free of charge. The apartment has free WiFi access.
