Sanders House is a delightful home featuring a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include a range cooker with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and two Smart TVs. There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bath and shower, and a two twins, one with-en-suite shower, serviced by a communal shower. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Please note, this property is pet-free and non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Bring your loved ones to make memories at Sanders House. Note: Property accessed via external staircase, may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: No parking, garden, or pets.
Any XSB booking must span 25th and 26th December 2023. No changeover before 27th December.

Location could not be better. Set back off the main street enough by the close that it's quiet but it's in the dead middle of everything. Excellent coffee and other restaurants within steps out the close. Beach, boat tours super convenient. Walkable bliss in the heart of all that's best about Whitby. Also, absolutely cozy feeling inside. We loved it.
