Located near the city center of Dresden, directly on the Elbe meadows of Johannstadt, is our spacious apartment "Elbkiez" with 75 square meters of living space with a total of three rooms for up to four people and fully equipped. The apartment with a balcony and river views and views of Dresden's Waldschlösschen Bridge has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a dishwasher, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided to our guests free of charge in the apartment, as are basic kitchen and bathroom supplies, such as taps, soap, spices, coffee, tea, toilet paper, etc. The apartment is on the 1st floor.

There is an elevator in the apartment building. Our guests receive WiFi free of charge. Cellar use possible and storage space for bicycles. Our beautiful Elbkiez apartment has its own parking space. This is located in the underground car park, duplex parking with a maximum height of 1.50m. Please pay attention to this information!! Alternatively, there is a public car park at the Waldschlösschen Bridge, where there are also numerous parking spaces and in the surrounding area. There is good infrastructure in the area, e.g. restaurant, bus stop, supermarket, late-night shop, ice cream parlor, pharmacy, Elbe meadow and cycle path. Italian restaurant right next to the apartment. Our guests can quickly get to the city center and find various public transport connections. We work with a key box system. This means there is a contactless check-in. Shortly before arrival, our guests receive all important information by email. We are available to answer any questions or concerns by phone, text message or email. Please note that the total price does not include any possible tourist tax.
