North Bay Cottage is a delightful abode with a kitchen/diner, an external utility, and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link) with en-suite bathroom, a twin, and a single, serviced by a shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and barbecue, along with ample off-road parking. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, pub and beach. Please note non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Enjoy a memorable escape to Yorkshire at North Bay Cottage. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £250. Please Note: The check in for this cottage are on Monday or Friday allowing weekends, short weeks and full week breaks. One well behaved pet welcome.
