Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, Smart TV with Sonos soundbar, 2 x TV with Freeview. The bedrooms include two king-size rooms, one with en-suite shower, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a balcony with furniture and allocated parking for one car. Within 0.4 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note that pets are not allowed and there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair is also provided.7 Sandy Lane is a wonderful base in Cornwall.

Beautiful apartment decor and layout lovely,
outside balconies could do with a jetwash, only place i have stayed with no welcome pack on arrival. Carbis bay was its usual beautiful self and the sun never stopped shining
