This 24 m² studio for 2 guests, on the first floor, features a bright living area with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and all the essentials for your comfort.
The fully equipped kitchenette includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, induction hob, and microwave.
The modern bathroom comes with a shower and toilet. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, and Bluetooth speaker.
Bed linen is available upon prior request for an extra charge. The highlight is the spacious 12 m² terrace facing the sea, offering stunning views of the islands and the kitesurfing, windsurfing, and wingfoiling spot. Just cross the street to reach the beach for swimming, sunbathing, water sports, or simply relaxing by the water. The residence, with only 6 units, offers a friendly atmosphere focused on the sea, well-being, and board sports. You have access to a fully equipped gym with machines and yoga mats.
Board racks and an outdoor shower are available in the garden behind the building. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, plus a bike storage area. Private secure parking is available on reservation and for an extra charge.
