This traditional Spanish-style villa is located in the quiet residential area of Venta La Nuza, near El Campello—ideal for families or groups seeking sun, sea, and relaxation.
The spacious grounds feature a private swimming pool (5 × 10 m) with a large sun terrace, as well as two covered terraces for shade.
The pool area is also equipped with a barbecue and smoker—perfect for outdoor dining.
Inside, the villa offers a generous living and dining area with an open kitchen, three bedrooms (bed sizes: 200 × 180 cm, 180 × 200 cm, 200 × 200 cm), and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.
A separate guest apartment includes another bedroom, a bathroom, and a living area with a sofa bed.
All rooms have air conditioning (hot/cold function).
On request, two extra beds can be provided (available for an extra fee).
The villa offers Wi-Fi, Spanish and international TV, towels, bed linen, and beach towels.
High chairs and baby cots are available free of charge on request.
Normal electricity consumption up to 20 kWh/day is included; additional usage is available for an extra fee.
