The apartment is located just a 2-3 minute walk from the Graz Opera House.
The office of the Styrian Provincial Government and Karl Franzens University are also just a few minutes' walk away.
AVL Graz, Magna, Knapp, NXP, MedUni Graz, etc. are easily accessible by public transport or car.
We offer a convenient parking option in the Opera Garage.
For longer rentals (over one month), a price can be agreed upon. We do not offer any services.

Wonderful location in center of Graz with parking garage one block alway (ask hosts for optional reduced rate daily parking card.) Anspruchslose Sparfüchse finden hier viel Platz in einer spärlich möblierten und dusteren Wohnung. Ich hab mich wirklich nur zum Schlafen dort aufgehalten. Einziger Lichtblick ist die wirklich tolle Lage!
