This is the ideal accommodation for guests who want to explore Palma town.

The house is located in close proximity to the Gothic Roman Catholic Cathedral of Palma as well as many other tourist attractions and shops. The first floor is the living room area with an open-plan dining room with glass panels that can be opened to enjoy the summer breeze.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for home cooking.
There is also a cozy bedroom with a traditional double bed and a toilet. The second level has a bright and sunny bedroom suite with a large double bed and a small area with a desk and wardrobe space.
The en-suite bathroom has a shower over the bath. The third level is a very spacious bedroom with two single beds.
There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The house has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer.
Enjoy Palma and its many attractions! It is a perfect place for a holiday in the city of Palma to enjoy shopping, museums, explore the old town and culture, and it is also close to the city beach where you can chill with the beautiful ocean view. Miscellaneous: Flexible changeover day, arrival at 3:00 PM, departure at 10:00 AM.

Refundable deposits are required for damages to the property or contents, which will be refunded by bank transfer 48 hours after check-out.
Therefore, we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, Swift or Bic number) either before or upon arrival. The heating of this accommodation is by gas.
The cost is 10 Euros per night.
This is not included in the booking price and should be paid on check-in day.
Please note that if arrival at the property is after 9:00 PM, there will be a late check-in fee of €50, which can be paid in cash upon arrival. All rubbish must be removed from the house on your departure day before leaving.
Otherwise, there will be a surcharge of €50.
