You can also use the house's Wi-Fi.
There is also an option to wash your own laundry with detergent you purchase yourself.

The apartment is located only a 2-3 minute walk from the Graz Opera.
The office of the Styrian provincial government as well as Karl Franzens University are also just a few minutes' walk away.
AVL Graz, Magna, Knapp, NXP, MedUni Graz etc. are easily accessible by public transport or car.
We offer an affordable parking option in the Opera Garage.
For longer rentals (over one month), a price can be agreed upon. We do not offer any services.

The stay I had was amazing. It was a lot larger than the photos indicated, and had everything I could possibly need to stay there! The location was incredible, I was so close to the city center and everything I wanted to do. There is no air conditioning, but the fact that they provided a fan went above and beyond any expectations I had. I can't recommend staying here enough; I'm sad to leave!
