Our apartment RESIDENZ 8 is located on the first floor of the Residenz strandnah house in the spa center.
It was newly furnished in 2023, so up to 2 people can feel comfortable here in 41 sqm with a loggia.

Das Bett ließ zu wünschen übrig, die Matratze war sehr durchgelegen, vorallem am Kopfteil. Man hatte das Gefühl berg runter zu schlafen. Der Fernseher steht zu niedrig.

Gut ausgestattete Küche mit genügend Geschirr und Besteck. Gute Lage direkt in der Einkaufsstraße und nur 5 Minuten bis zum Strand.
Fahrradabstellplatz im Hinterhof.
Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller, aber Achtung: Münzen dafür gibt’s nur vom Hausmeister der nicht zu den Zeiten da ist wie angegeben. Am besten ihn anrufen und einen Termin ausmachen.
Die Beschreibung ist fehlerhaft. Der Eingang in die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss und die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer geht runter und nicht hoch wie beschrieben. Wir hatten die Wohnung extra wegen dem Eingang im EG gewählt, da wir mit dem Kinderwagen nicht so viele Treppen gehen wollten. Das war ärgerlich.
