Extra beds can be added on request, allowing up to 20 people for an additional fee.

The sleeping arrangements include one king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), four double beds (150 × 200 cm), four single beds (90 × 190 cm), and a bunk bed with two mattresses (80 × 200 cm).

The spacious floor-to-ceiling glass lounge offers exceptional views of the Mediterranean, the coast of El Campello, and Playa de San Juan/Alicante.
The outdoor area features a magnificent 11.5 × 4.5 m pool with a heat pump.
In winter, pool heating is available on request for an additional fee.
The villa also offers air conditioning, elevator, gas barbecue, billiards and ping pong tables, gym, garage for 2 cars, and additional parking on the property.
