Welcome to a traditional holiday home in an idyllic location near Krusenberg.
You will be staying here surrounded by beautiful nature reserves on the outskirts of Uppsala! The charming croft house from the 17th century has been carefully renovated to preserve its original character.
Feel the peace here, listen to the birdsong and enjoy the wood-fired sauna and a relaxing moment in the lounge area after a fantastic hike in the Morga nature reserve! Inside, you will find a spacious kitchen beautifully adorned with the old cast-iron wood-burning stove.
There is a dining area with a kitchen sofa that can be used as a sleeping area.
Further into the house is a large room used as a living room with a sofa bed and a double bed, with curtains providing some privacy.
The living room also has a sofa bed and a TV. In a separate building, just a few steps from the house, you will find the wood-fired sauna, as well as a lounge, toilet, and shower.
The owner provides a basket of firewood, and additional firewood can be purchased from the owner on-site.
After just a short walk, you will reach Lake Ekoln with a jetty, a small beach area, and a lovely barbecue spot! The holiday home is situated on a green plot with privacy from the neighbouring house where the friendly owner lives with his dog and cat. Large trees and bushes separate the holiday home from the owner's residence; the dog and cat are free to roam the property.
The owner offers the possibility to rent a rowboat on-site for a lovely trip on the lake, which is said to have good fishing opportunities! For nature lovers, the Morga nature reserve and the Lunsen nature reserve are nearby to explore.
Skokloster Castle with its museum and castle café is also worth a visit.
