Old Bothy, a single-storey dwelling has a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with electric fire, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, along with a Smart TV and DVD player. Outside there is a front lawn, an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture, and off-road parking for one car. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, and River Stour in 0.4 miles. Escape to Warwickshire's countryside at Old Bothy.
