The university town of Tübingen, with its picturesque old town, shopping, and activities along the Neckar, is just a few kilometers away via the B27.

Lake Constance can be reached by car in about 1.5 hours. The spacious 60 m² apartment is ideal for 1–2 guests.

It features an entrance area with coat rack, mirror, and small chest of drawers, a lovingly furnished bedroom with double bed and extra storage, a bathroom with natural light, corner bathtub-shower combo, and ample storage, a separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and a bright, comfortable living-dining area with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a 30 m² terrace overlooking Hohenzollern Castle.

The sofa bed can be prepared for 1–2 children on request. Amenities include a steam iron with ironing board, drying rack with pegs, mop and bucket, cozy blankets, a seating area in the bedroom, living wall with flat-screen TV, books, brochures, and games in the living room, dining table with two chairs and a corner bench, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich toaster, and teapot.
