Lottie’s Hut is a shepherd’s hut with an open-plan living space. Appliances include a combi air fryer and grill, electric plate hob, fridge with ice box, woodburning stove and Smart TV. There is a king-size bed with a shower room. To the outside is a decking with furniture and a lawned area with firepit. Please note, one pet is welcome (dogs need to be kept on a lead due to sheep grazing nearby) however smoking is not allowed at this property. Within 1.1 miles there is a pub and within 0.4 miles there is a shop. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Escape to Lottie’s Hut for a wonderful break in Devon. Note: There are steps to the exterior, please take care. Note: This is an adult-only property. Note: Lottie's Hut is positioned in a field where six touring pitch spaces are allocated at the opposite end: please be aware of this when making your booking. Note: The property is ideally located for exploring Devon as there is easy access to the A30 - associated road noise is to be expected accordingly.
