Just a stone’s throw from Puerta de Carmona Street, it offers access to Seville’s historical gems such as Casa de Pilatos and Casa de Salinas.
Furthermore, it serves as the main gateway to the Old Town, allowing easy exploration of the most charming corners of the Sevillian capital.
Upon entering the house, one is greeted by a charming Andalusian hallway leading to the elegant main lounge, decorated with exquisite details.
This lounge features a central table, two sofas, and additional chairs, being the core of the home and connecting to other rooms.
Adjacent to it, there is a spacious dining room, perfect for family gatherings or dinners with friends.
To the left, a secondary dining area offers a more intimate setting, complete with a dining table and a nearby toilet.
Opposite, the modern, fully renovated kitchen is equipped with all the facilities and utensils needed for a pleasant stay.
The living room, designed for relaxing, is furnished with two sofas, various armchairs, a Smart TV, and a bookshelf for book lovers.

The penthouse terrace is outfitted with sun loungers for relaxing, a shower for cooling down, and exercise equipment for the most fitness guests.

Amazing property with authentic Spanish feel building nice and cool with marble flooring and A/c. Comfy beds, welcome packs, great access to all site seeing. Small pool but perfectly formed for a dip and cool off. A beautiful house in a beautiful city. Well equipped. Genteel management we’re really helpful too. I would highly recommend it.

Property is beautiful and great location but our issue was that the power went out in the house for an entire day. It was just our house that lost power, found out was issue with their breakers, and we had to use our phones to move around the house. They did try to offer us a new place but at that point it was 10 pm at night. Used our flashlights to get around and all our food spoiled.
