This fantastic beachside holiday villa is located in the urbanisation Carib Playa just 2 minutes walk from the white sandy beach and it has the preserved nature area of "Las Dunas de Artola" adjecent to the huge backyard, so you walk from the backyard to the beach, no need to cross roads, it is a very good location, specially for those who look for a great holiday location with kids.
The villa has a big private garden with a swimming pool, that is an ideal place for children to play.
Inside on the ground level you have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a large dining room with access to the terrace, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a laundry room behind.
On the 1st floor you have the 4th bedroom which has good size, a bathroom, a open dressing and sitting area and a smaller terrace.
There is a small supermarket and a few beachside reataurants in walking distance.
From the airport of Malaga it is a distance of 40km.
In just 10 minutes driving you are in the heart of Marbella with its lovely old center, the streched boulevard where you can have a nice walk and the numerous excellent restaurants and bars.
Also the famous and vibrant harbour of Puerto Banus is just 15 minutes away.
For your shopping there are many supermarkets within 10 minutes driving and there is a German bakery in El Rosario where you get lovely fresh bread and more even open on Sundays.
For the big shopping there is a huge shopping mall called "La Canada" at the exit of Ojen before Marbella.
There you have a big AlCampo hypermarket with lots of fresh food and everything you need in general.
Furthermore there are numerous fashion boutiques, a large Apple Store, restaurants, a cinema and a bowling area.
Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for your arrival.

The villa was spacious for 8 people and very well stocked. Beautiful pool with sun loungers. My family and I had a wonderful holiday. Inge was very welcoming and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth.
We enjoyed everything - no complaints at all!
