With stunning Atlantic views, the recently renovated "Zen House" holiday home is in Puerto Rico.
The 50 m² property has a private terrace, a living room with a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom, accommodating up to three guests. Amenities include air conditioning with a heat pump, fibre-optic Wi-Fi (a backup mobile data plan is recommended for high connectivity needs), a smart TV with satellite channels and streaming services, and a washing machine.
For stays over 10 days, extra bed linen and towels are provided for you to change yourselves.
Extra cleaning is available on request, subject to availability, for an additional fee. Cleaning supplies are provided. The complex has a fenced, heated pool with an outdoor shower and access by personal key card (a replacement fee applies if lost). Pool hours follow the complex's rules.
The beach is about 500 metres away and public transport stops are 300 metres away, both within walking distance.
Puerto Rico's centre is 500 metres away and the supermarket is 300 metres away. Free street parking is available.
Reserved parking is available on request for an additional fee. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. The apartment is on the third level; the lift only reaches the first level.
The interior is all on one level.
Security cameras and recording devices are present only in communal areas.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für zwei Personen vom Platz und von den Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten als Kleidung etc. angeht ausreichend schön zum sitzen ist die Terrasse und zum Schwimmen der große Pool
Nicht gefallen hat uns die massive Lärmbelästigung der großen Baustelle direkt vor der Unterkunft und die massive Lärmbelästigung bis tief in die Nacht durch die verschiedenen Veranstaltungsorte, die direkt vor Ort unterhalb der Unterkunft angesiedelt sind. Dadurch hat man eigentlich nur maximal 2-3...
