Marie Carmen la responsable des lieux qui louait pour la première fois avait installé deux climatisations.
Sinon,tres joli jardin et Marie Carmen toujours là pour nous aider. En plus je suis fumeur et j'ai pu fumer à la fenêtre car 3 étages àller-retour, c'est rude !
Par contre Holidu, le prestataire a été nul !
L'appartement était dans les combles sous-pentes telle que les 70 m² initialement prévus se sont rapidement transformés en 40 m2...(loi Carrez). Il n'y avait aucune porte séparant la cuisine et le "salon", de même l'endroit où dormait les enfants n'est isolé que par un rideau.
