This home has a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room, a nursery, and a games room, along with two king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and two ground-floor bedrooms; a double and a bunk room, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer, and for entertainment, there's six Smart TVs, a pool table, and a foosball table. Outside there is an enclosed, elevated garden with lawn, decking, furniture and bike storage, and a private driveway for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair, travel cot, and two stairgates. You'll find a shop in 3.8 miles and a pub in 0.8 miles. Escape to rural Gwynedd at Llys Tirion. Note: There are steps up to the garden; please take care.
