On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. One of them has two single beds pushed together (together 180x200cm) and the other two single beds (90x200cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV and both have blackout windows. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating, walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and dry sauna.

On the first floor you will find an open-plan, light-flooded living and dining area with sofa bed for 2 children and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. The cosy living area offers ample seating, a 50-inch Smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace and access to the balcony. The existing air conditioning promises a pleasant indoor climate at all times.

The outdoor area features seating, a parasol, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. There is also a free car parking space in the immediate vicinity of the house. Whether it's balmy summer evenings, stormy autumn afternoons or chilly winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its facilities and natural surroundings at any time of year. From the balcony you can enjoy the view towards the sea. Your dog is very welcome.

The adventure promenade directly on the harbour has recently been opened. The restaurant "Ahoy - Steffen Henssler" now caters for your physical well-being and you can find delicious refreshments in the neighbouring ice cream parlour. There are also smaller shops and plenty of playgrounds for younger guests.
