Description of the accommodation
Here you will stay in a holiday home newly built in 2016, located directly on a small lake.
Enjoy the green surroundings with an unobstructed view of the lake and a nearby forest.
You will have your own private and secluded space here, with nothing but peace, nature, and a lake view as soon as you step out the front door.
A perfect destination for all nature lovers! From the front door, you enter a small entrance area, and immediately behind it is the spacious kitchen/living area for family life, including a dining area and a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings.
TV with Swedish channels available.
The room is open to the ridge, making it particularly airy and bright.
Following this is the modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and comfortable underfloor heating.
The bedroom on the ground floor has four sleeping places, consisting of a double bed and a bunk bed. A spiral staircase leads up to the open loft with two cozy single beds under the sloping ceiling.
If needed and upon request, there is the possibility to book two additional beds.
The paved terrace outdoors is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a large grill: the perfect spot for breakfast outdoors or for a barbecue evening on warm summer nights.
The rural surroundings offer plenty of forest and undeveloped nature.
Bring your bikes and enjoy beautiful excursions into the countryside with the whole family.
In the forest, you can find berries or mushrooms during the right season.
Nearby, on an idyllic lake, is the small town of Vittsjö with good shopping facilities, etc. There you can swim from the shore of Lake Pickelsjön. A few kilometers further is Lake Skeingesjön with a public swimming area.
The Ubbalt nature reserve is located east of Vittsjön near Verumsåsen. A short drive away, in the holiday resort of Hästveda, you will also find the bathing lake Luhrsjön. In addition, the hiking trail Vieåleden and the fishing lakes Skeingesjön, Vittsjön, and Vieån are within reach (fishing license required). Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein wahres Juwel! Das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit seinen hohen Decken und dem Kaminofen sorgte für gemütliche Abende. Ich genoss es, meinen Morgenkaffee auf der Terrasse zu trinken und den ruhigen Blick auf das Wasser und die Weiden zu genießen. Perfekt für Naturliebhaber!
