Appealing holiday home with some sea views from an elevated position on the natural property.
Built in 2015 in a quiet holiday home area of Korsviken, it is located slightly south of Ljungskile.
Inside, it features a contemporary interior with a good standard.
It is ideally suited as accommodation for a relaxing family holiday on the coast! Only a few minutes' walk separates you from the nearest swimming spot with rocks and a natural beach, which is not particularly busy.
After a refreshing dip, you can enjoy the sun outside on the holiday home's terrace! The ground-floor house offers an open-plan kitchen/living area with plenty of space and large sliding doors.
A wood-burning stove is available for cooler evenings.
The bright kitchen is well-equipped, plus there are 3 bedrooms in the house and an attractive bathroom with shower/WC as well as a washing machine and dryer.
From the elevated position on the uneven, partly rocky natural property, you have views over the Fräkne Fjord and towards the island of Orust.
The nearest swimming spot is approx. 400 m away, and a larger swimming beach with a jetty is approx. 700 m away (see photos). The house is set in a green environment, with opportunities to see deer, elk, or a fox in the wild.
Follow the surrounding hiking trails out into nature and look for berries or mushrooms along the way. The nearest golf course is 7 km away.

Das Ferienhaus liegt gut in der Nähe von Uddevalla. Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden und es macht einen sauberen gemütlichen Eindruck. Der Garten und das Umfeld ist weniger gut gepflegt und bedarf etwas mehr Liebe.
Empfehlungen:
Nordens Ark ist immer eine Reise wert.

Die Hütte selbst ist recht geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir fanden alles, was wir brauchten, in der Küche und schätzten die zwei Badezimmer, die uns die Morgenstunden mit unserer fünfköpfigen Familie sehr erleichterten. Die Gegend war ruhig, und wir genossen die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Fräknefjord.
