Accommodation Description
Great destination for sport fishermen who want to fish in the sea area off the Lofoten Islands! This holiday apartment is located directly on the coast, about 2 km east of the fishing village of Ballstad, and offers a wonderful view of the skerries in front.
The apartment has a TV with some German channels via Chromecast.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment; one with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, the second with a bunk bed with a 150 cm sleeping surface in the lower bunk and an 80 cm sleeping surface in the upper bunk.
Large parking space on site.
Access to a sauna is available.
Shared laundry room.
Down by the quay, you will find garden furniture and a grill.
The house offers 2 x 400 liters of freezer capacity.
In a rustic room on the ground floor, there is a common area for fishermen where you can organize and store your fishing gear, as well as prepare your catch on the filleting bench with running water and light.
The fish-rich Vestfjord invites you to exciting fishing trips.
Approximately 2.5 km to the fishing village of Ballstad with a cozy restaurant.
It is 11 km to Leknes, the "capital" of the West Lofoten Islands with many restaurants and shops.
Also visit the many famous fishing villages in the Lofoten Islands.
The Fishing Museum in Kabelvåg has a large collection of old boats and fishing equipment that can be viewed up close.
Nearby there is a gallery and an aquarium where marine fish can be studied up close.
Boats for rent, only in the period from May 1st to October 1st: * a 20-foot boat (Bellcraft type, so-called "fjord jeep"), self-draining and equipped with a 100 HP engine, sonar/GPS/chart plotter, and 4 rod holders. * an 18-foot boat (aluminum boat, so-called "fjord jeep"), equipped with a control console, 30 HP Honda outboard motor, sonar, and 4 rod holders.
The boats must be reserved in advance if necessary! They will then be moored right below the apartment on the floating jetty.
Boat rental is charged in Euros. Miscellaneous

Typisches Angelhaus, gemütliche Wohnung, E-Herd überholungsbedürftig, Sauna und Vorraum sollte nicht angeboten werden (diese würden nicht mal die Trolle nutzen).Lage optimal, direkt am Wasser.
