Nestled in the charming, old holiday home and villa idyll of Sandskogen, between Löddeköpinge and Barsebäckshamn, you'll find this appealingly renovated holiday cottage from 2016. Despite its convenient location, just a few minutes from the E6 highway between Lund and Landskrona, you'll stay here surrounded by tranquility and the chirping of birds from the surrounding pine forest.
The cottage is situated on the owner's private property, who lives right next door.
It features its own wooden terrace perfect for enjoying a barbecue and the sunset.
Some shrubs and bushes adorn the outdoor area of the cottage.
The house is not rented out to youth groups or construction worker groups.
Inside, the modern interior offers an open-plan kitchen/living/sleeping area with a dining space, seating, and two comfortable designer beds.
A wood-burning stove is also available for cooler evenings.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and a fridge/freezer, along with space for a couple of bar stools.
A sofa bed serves as a seating area during the day and can easily be converted into two sleeping places in the evening.
In the adjacent small alcove, there is an additional single bed. A modern bathroom with a shower/WC is also available.
From here, you can reach the illuminated cross-country ski trail in the Sandskogen recreational area or the nearby Lödde Å river for fishing or canoeing within minutes by bike or on foot.
You can cycle the 5 kilometers down to Barsebäckshamn by the sea to sample a delicious fish dish at the local harbor restaurant.
There, you'll also find a beautiful, shallow sandy beach, a lawn area, and a swimming jetty next to the Barsebäck campsite.
Just a stone's throw away lies one of southern Sweden's most significant golf courses, the Barsebäck Golf & Country Club, with its 36 holes.
If you wish to explore the surroundings in western Skåne, there are the long dunes of Bjärred and Lomma, inviting you for wonderful beach excursions, or the cultural cities of Lund and Malmö.
