Description of the accommodation
Great holiday home with panoramic sea views! Located in the pretty fishing village of Hälleviksstrand.
Here, picturesque wooden houses nestle along the coastline, stretching between the sea and the rocks.
This house, with its modern furnishings and exclusive selection of materials, is one of them.
The large wooden veranda invites you to relax while enjoying wonderful sea views.
A perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, whether in spring, summer, or autumn – also for guests with high demands.
From the associated veranda, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view! Inside, the holiday home is bright and attractively furnished and offers two living levels: Downstairs you will find the open, well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as the modern living area, which houses, among other things, a wood-burning stove and a TV with about 30 Swedish/English channels to choose from.
A bedroom with a single bed is also located on the ground floor.
On the upper floor, you will find two airy bedrooms with sloping ceilings (you cannot stand upright at the sides), one of which has sleeping space for three people.
Private bathing jetty with ladder and a small boat shed with a veranda accessible only about 60 m from the house.
The public bathing beach with a shoreline, jetty, and rocks is about 400 m away.
The boat is available in weeks 18-24 and 32-41. A ferry runs regularly from the harbor to the charming island of Käringön, which offers beautiful nature as well as some good restaurants.
Summer in Orust also includes festivals and jazz days.
For golfers, the Morland golf course is only about 10 km away.
For shopping, it is 7 km to Ellös. Just about 80 km further south lies the large port city of Gothenburg with its sights, including the Avenyn shopping street and the Liseberg amusement park.
Enjoy relaxing holidays here in a wonderfully maritime environment! Good to know: A basic understanding of charts and/or plotters/GPS is required if you wish to rent the motorboat.

Komplett und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes großees Ferienhaus mit Blick aufs Meer, perfekt gelegen mit Bootshaus, welches schon für sich ein kleines Ferienhaus ist. Boot perfekt motorisiert!!! Leider war das Boot bei Buchung noch im Preis inbegriffen, nach Buchung dann 2000 sk , das fanden wir nicht ...

Ein komfortabler und angenehmer Aufenthalt! Die Aufteilung des Hauses war ideal für unsere Gruppe, und wir haben die Grillmöglichkeiten im Freien sehr genossen. Ein Tagesausflug nach Göteborg ließ sich problemlos planen, aber wir haben auch in der Nähe viel zu unternehmen gefunden.

Dieses Ferienhaus war genau das Richtige für einen entspannten Urlaub. Es war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet und bot uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die zweistöckige Aufteilung war ideal für unsere Familie und bot jedem ausreichend Platz. Das mitgelieferte Motorboot war eine tolle Ergänzung.
