Accommodation Description
These trendy Beach Houses are beautifully located in the dunes, directly on the beautiful North Sea beach of Julianadorp.
Here you will enjoy all the advantages the beach has to offer, naturally with a unique view of the North Sea. A very popular area with a wide and varied range of (water) sports activities. The beach house is fully and attractively furnished.
There is a bright living room with a Smart TV. The sofa can be used as a sofa bed for 2 people upon request.
The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave.
There is one bedroom with two single box-spring beds, which can be placed together as a double bed if desired.
There is also a sleeping loft with two single beds, accessible via a steep staircase from the living room.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
A camp bed and a stair gate at the top are provided as standard. Outside, you have a terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers.
From here, too, you naturally have the breathtaking view again.
You can directly access the beach from your holiday home.
You park your car in the public car park.
You then reach your Beach House on foot via a dune path.
A walk of approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on the location of the Beach House you are staying in. Therefore, this destination is less suitable for people with reduced mobility.
A luggage service is available on fixed arrival and departure days.
You can also use a garden cart during your holiday. A stay in these Beach Houses is a unique experience! The apartment may differ slightly in furnishings from the photos shown, but the comfort level is as described. You will receive a cost overview by email from the park regarding additional costs/costs on site.
You must pay this invoice before your arrival.
This will save you an unnecessarily long wait at check-in. Your holiday can thus begin immediately. This apartment is not rented out to groups of young people in order to maintain peace and quiet. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns der direkte Zugang zum Meer, die friedliche Atmosphäre und freundliche Menschen.
Ein Backofen im Haus und eine normale Kaffeemaschine wären wünschenswert.

Hab Mails von holidu, leisure LARS, belvilla, landal und roompot bekommen. Kein Wunder dass das so teuer ist wenn da fünf Firmen Provisionen abgreifen. Viele versteckte zusätzliche Kosten, 22 Euro für ein Set Bettwäsche ist ein Kaufpreis der okay ist aber nicht für eine Woche Miete

Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen absolut hilfsbereit und freundlich!!! Das gilt für die Ankunft, Service Station am Strand und die Facility Manager. War zum zweiten Mal da und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen
