Es handelt sich um ein ausgebautes Dach mit Dachloggia. Es gibt ein abgetrenntes Bad und der Rest ist ein großer Raum mit einer halb abgetrennten Küchenzeile. Küchenausstattung ist gut.
Rollläden sind keine vorhanden, dadurch war es bei heißem Wetter ziemlich warm. Zum Parken wurden wir auf die Straße verwiesen, die allerdings unproblematisch frei ist. Das WLAN war vorhanden aber total langsam und damit unbrauchbar.

Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut ruhig gelegen und hat eine großzügige Terrasse mit Blick auf den Bodensee und die Alpen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Bis zum Ortszentrum ist es nicht weit. Wasserburg ist ein schöner Ort. Mit der Bahn oder dem Auto ist man auch schnell in angrenzenden Orten. Die Region lädt auch zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Unserem Hund hat es auch gut gefallen. Die Familie Kempkens sind nette Gastgeber, und immer ein Leckerli für den Hund parat.
Das WLAN hat nicht immer funktioniert.
