The 40 mq apartment is located on the ground floor of a building (1 step for access to the main door) and is composed as follows

- KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, gas oven and microwave

- LIVING AREA with dining table and sofa

- NIGHT AREA (separated from the living room with a curtain) with double bed (present two single mattresses on a single bed base), desk, wardrobe and TV

- BATHROOM (please note 1 step to access it) equipped with wc, bidet and shower box.



Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fan, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Bologna is a modern and clean city and the apartment is in a good position for a complete visit of the city and its surroundings. Palazzo Fava, Piazza Maggiore, the two towers, San Petronio and the university area are certainly worthy of a careful visit during your stay. The hilly areas of Villa Ghigi and San Luca are exceptional for admiring a breathtaking panorama of Bologna and relaxing in nature.

The apartment is located in the central area, in a street (Via Pratello) renowned for the presence of many clubs (restaurants, bars and cultural spaces): it is in fact a historic area of ​​the Bolognese nightlife, which has the classic arcades characteristic of the central area of ​​Bologna. Nearby there are several bus lines with connections to all areas of the city. All essential services are close at hand: bars, supermarkets and chemists are in fact within a 5-minute walk.

- FROM THE AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service from the airport to "Ospedale Maggiore" stop (2 stops), from which it is possible to take the bus n. 19 to "San Felice" stop (5 stops), a few minutes from the apartment.


- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: Via del Pratello is a partially pedestrian area, in the ZTL (traffic-restricted zone). Paid parking is available near the structure at Garage San Felice // Garage Nettuno // Garage Grada.
