Das Haus liegt 1,2 Km fussläufig zu den Stränden von Le Pouldu. Der Außenbereich und die Optik des Hauses könnten schöner nicht sein. Typischer Bretagne geht eigentlich nicht. Schon beim ersten Betreten des Hausen schlug uns das Raucharoma eines kaminfeuergeschwängerten Hauses, gemischt mit etwas Moder der Zeit entgegen. Zuhause angekommen mußten wir leider feststellen, dass unsere gesamte Kleidung danach roch.
