To the side, it is partly covered.

Thus, you will always find pleasant shade during the warm August days, without ever having to forgo the fantastic sea view.

Towards the sea, the holiday home has been designed with large arched windows, so you always have the soothing expanse of the sea in sight even from inside the house. The ground floor of Casa Franca features a large living room.

The kitchen/dining area is equipped with air conditioning.

From the sofa area, you look directly out to the sea at your feet, and from there, you also have access to the terrace.

Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds and access to the sea-view terrace, a bathroom, and a small storage room behind the kitchen are also located on the ground floor. A spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor with two more bedrooms (double bed; 2 single beds) and another bathroom.

The double bedroom has its own sea-view roof terrace and air conditioning. You can use the air conditioning units for an additional charge.

In the cooler months, an electric fan heater is available.

You can park your car directly at the house below the terrace. You can reach the beach of Marina di Pisciotta via a narrow footpath after only approx. 800 m.

The center of Marina di Pisciotta with a small grocery store, bars, and restaurants is about 1.5 km away.
