The sea always within sight - Casa Franca awaits you in an idyllic coastal area near Marina di Pisciotta and in a fantastic panoramic location on a slope covered with macchia.
There, above the picturesque steep coast, sea blue meets olive tree green.
The uninhibited view of the wide Tyrrhenian Sea and of the coastal landscape so typical for the Cilento is marvelous!
HOLIDAY HOME FOR 8 PERSONS IN FANTASTIC PANORAMIC LOCATION
A spacious, furnished terrace, from where you have got a fantastic view of the sea, runs along two sides of Casa Franca.
The sheltered outdoor area with round arches offers pleasant shade on hot days in summer.
Large arched windows with French doors are set into the façade facing the sea and you can let your gaze roam over the calming vastness of the blue waters from inside the house, too. The ground floor of Casa Franca includes a large kitchen-dining-living room.
An air conditioning unit is installed in the kitchen-dining area.
From the living area with a cozy sofa to relax on, you have got a view of the sea lying at your feet as well as access to the terrace.
A double bedroom, a twin bedroom with access to the sea view terrace, a bathroom (bathtub with shower device/WC/bidet) and a small store-room behind the kitchen are also located on the ground floor. A spiral staircase leads up to the 1st floor with two bedrooms (double bed; twin beds) and a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet).
The double bedroom (with air conditioning) opens onto its private sea view roof terrace. Casa Franca also features: SAT-TV, WiFi (but not suitable for telework), washing machine; outdoor shower and grill.
A children’s bed can be provided.
There’s an extra charge for the use of the air conditioning units and the electric fan heater.
Parking is available at the house, below the terrace. To get to the beach of Marina di Pisciotta, you need only follow a narrow footpath for about 800 m.
The center of Marina di Pisciotta with a small grocery store, bars and restaurants is about 1.5 km away.
More beautiful beach sections are found there. Use of air conditioning: extra charge Electric fan heater: charged according to use. WIFI – please note: available, but not suitable for SmartWorking/telework or the like. Deposit: € 200 - due in cash upon arrival. Visitor’s tax – due on site: € 0.50 /person per day in June & September; € 1 /person per day in July; € 2 /person per day in August; charged for persons aged 16 and over for a maximum of 10 nights. Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft, toller Blick aufs Meer und viel Ruhe. Gelände nicht einsehbar, das ist auf jeden Fall ein plus. Wir waren mit zwei Familien mit zwei kleinen Kindern unterwegs, dafür war es perfekt!

Die Lage ist Traumhaft, die Wohnung ist zurückgezogen situiert und die sehr grosse Terrasse
bietet viel Lebensraum, auch in Schatten. Die ungestörte Aussicht über das Meer ist fabelhaft und langweilt nie.

Wir lieben die Casa Franca und ihre einzigartige Lage. Wir waren schon viele Male dort und werden hoffentlich noch viele Male kommen.
