Airco is alleen voor de twee slaapkamers beneden (voor ons was dat overigens prima)

keuken was oké
er lopen ratten in de tuin, ze'wonen' onder het houten vlonder. Er is een lekkage in zwembad, moet regelmatig bijgevuld worden
