Location was good for what we wanted and for just the one night. Kitchen very clean and had everything we needed.
The heating was on full blast 24 hours and not able to change. One of the beds was broken as well as a bedside table and the blind in the bedroom didn't stay shut. Uncomfortable sofas.
Clean but unexpected ‘extra’ requirements were intrusive.

The extra ‘requests’ that were not on Booking.com when I booked.
…. £250 held on Visa card for 3 weeks…. A lot of money when you’re travelling and using visa every day for food, fuel and booking future accommodation.
…. Having to submit photo ID with our address on it. How do I know that this info won’t be used negatively????

Had CCTV cameras in the hallway and outside the first floor bathroom which shouldn’t be allowed. Someone accessed the house to empty the bins whilst we was staying at the property mid week.
