Appartamento molto carino in posizione ottima, raggiungibili a piedi tutti i servizi necessari.
Spiagge stupende nelle vicinanze raggiungibili a piedi, centro paese comodo e con tutto a disposizione, posizione tranquilla e silenziosa.
Per migliorare la già ottima struttura si potrebbe sostituire il materasso e i cuscini perchè sono molto consumati e risultano scomodi.
Nähe Portoferraio, trotzdem ruhig. Sehr nahe an schönem Strand

Das Haus ist recht neu und die Wohnung ist grosszügig für 2 Personen. Der Vermieter wohnt im 1.Stock, ist nett, diskret und das zusammenleben war angenehm und ruhig. Es gibt genügend Stauraum und einen Parkplatz auf den Grundstück. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Weitblick, das Meer sieht man...
Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und haben die wirklich saubere Wohnung geschätzt. Trotzdem möchte ich hier einige Kleinigkeiten anmerken: Bei der Abfalltrennung wäre es praktisch, wenn es auch einen Eimer für Papier hätte und generell Eimer, in welche man die Säcke stecken kann, bis der Abholtag ...
